I can't find something on your website that i've seen on Facebook/Instagram - How do I find it?

Why is the order turn-around up to 4-5 weeks?

There is only little ol me behind the name of Enchanted Genie and as much as I would love to get your lovely orders to you sooner, I am unfortunately not a robot :) I will always aim to get your orders to you asap and most of the time will be earlier than 4-5 weeks but this is just a basic time frame I need to stick to.

Can I place an urgent order for a birthday/celebration gift?

If you need an order urgently, please feel free to message/email me directly to ask before placing an order and I will see what I can do for you!

Why do you only post to the UK mainland?

Currently we only offer this service but I am hoping to expand to Ireland and Overseas in the near future. If you can't wait that long, please feel free to contact me and I will see what we can do.

Do you take custom requests?

Of course! I love hearing your ideas and will do everything possible to help them come to life. Pop me a message and we can discuss!

Can I select a certain colour for my order?

Most of the items I design are fully customisable meaning you can select any colour from the swatch pallet listed on each product, making it that little bit more personal. Some items will be a set colour due to the time it takes to create the product and are not able to offer variations.
