Please read our T&C's carefully before purchasing from Enchanted Genie.
By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site, our facebook and instagram page and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Enchanted Genie own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights on all material and content on this page, which you may use, download, copy, transmit, or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this page, without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it for anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Enchanted Genie, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
This page contains material which is owned by or licensed to Enchanted Genie. This
material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance
and graphics.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of
posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honored.
If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that
you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and
give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel
your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed
end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless
stated otherwise.
ORDER TURN-AROUND
Our items are all handmade to order (unless stated otherwise) and once
payment has been made please allow 2- 3 weeks for it to be completed. This
may be longer depending on the time of year or current workload (up to 5 weeks) Please
be patient and don't hesitate to message to enquire about your order
progress. Although we endeavour to complete your order as soon as possible, If you
require an order for a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering.
WORKING HOURS
Working days and hours are not specified, due to the case of these being
inaccurate. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest
convenience.
ORDERS & INVOICING
When a bespoke order is placed with Enchanted Genie you will be sent an
invoice detailing your order allowing you to have the opportunity to
correct any possible errors (such as colours, spellings, sizes etc). Please notify us within 24 hours if any information is incorrect. We will not be able to correct this after the 24 hours notice period.
PAYMENT
Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this
offers protection for your purchase. We also use Stripe for card
payments via the website which is a secure site. We cannot accept cheques, bank transfers, cash or postal orders. Payment must be made prior to
your goods being made, unless stated otherwise.
Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with Enchanted Genie.
Enchanted Genie must receive payment of the full total amount of the goods purchased before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

VARIATIONS
Please note that on a rare occasion, we may not have the exact materials to achieve the requested design and a suitable alternative will be used. We endeavour to notify customers of these changes but reserve the right not to. Please
also note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what
photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do
not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.
We will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeavour to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We love accepting custom orders and will always try our best to create
what you are looking for. Please feel free to contact us with your ideas and we will provide you with a quote based upon the amount of hours we estimate the project will
take. We won't move from the agreed price so you can rest assured there
will never be any nasty surprises.
PHOTOGRAPHS
All photographs are our own (unless stated and source available upon
request) and may not be commercially used for any reason without prior
permission in writing.
