DELIVERY
All items are delivered by Royal Mail using standard delivery. We cannot offer standard
delivery if the value of the product is more then £20 as we would not be able to make a claim with Royal Mail should anything go wrong in the delivery of your parcel. We also use My Hermes courier service which is insured and traceable.
We are currently only offering postage to UK, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. If you are from overseas (including Ireland) please feel free to contact me for a shipping quote.
We are not able to send any orders to PO Box addresses.
Should your order not arrive, please contact Enchanted Genie via email and a full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint
has been completed with Royal Mail.
CANCELLATION
Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins
from the moment you place your order, up to 7 days after receiving your
order. Please note this does NOT
apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.
As most of our items are made to order, we are only able to accept returns if they are damaged upon arrival or faulty.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Please email us to start the returns process. All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.
